gll “East Village is the legacy name for the Athletes Village within London 2012 Olympic Park. QDD Athletes Village ltd (QDD) purchased the East Village from the Olympic Delivery Authority and were looking to establish a lettings and management operation for the 1,439 private residential homes on East Village. I was engaged as the Learning and Development Lead Consultant. Working as part of a team of consultants, our remit was to set up a new company – subsequently called Get Living London – and develop the organisational structures and working practices for the business.”

greencore “The site at Northampton employs 850 people from more than 35 nationalities. Being a people-focused business, they wanted to further enhance their leadership and management training, and create a coaching culture within the organisation. Working closely with the learning and development department manager, we identified the training needs of the organisation and senior leadership team. I then wrote a bespoke coaching programme, which provided the delegates with core interpersonal skills and incorporated a range of coaching theories, principles and techniques including NLP and HeartMath. ”

young-group “I ran my first training programme for the Young Group in 2005. One of their employees had worked for a different organisation where I had delivered training, and they recommended me to The Young Group CEO. It was a one-day programme positioned around customer service excellence, Due to the positive feedback, I have been retained to work with them ever since on a monthly basis delivering the training throughout their organisation.”

philips “For a number of years, I ran a series of Horses for Courses® Connected Leadership Programmes for Philips. We spent some considerable time identifying the learning outcomes for the managers and sales executives who were scheduled to attend the programme. They were looking for an experiential training intervention to engage the key members of the team in exploring their interpersonal communication and how they interact and perform as leaders in the business. They also want to provide a platform for personal development resulting in interpersonal excellence when developing, leading, inspiring and motivating team members.”
